I have lived in the wine growing regions of Italy and I often dream of the day I can return. There something very simple yet complex in working to achieve a beautiful wine as is the area in which most vineyards flourish. People work at a committed yet easy pace, the environment is full scent and anticipation. Just wonderful. Colorado!
