Colorado! The wine country invites absolute pleasure to the senses, even when reading about the area in this article. I have lived in the wine growing regions of Italy and I often dream of the day I can return. There something very simple yet complex in working to achieve a beautiful wine as is the area in which most vineyards flourish. People work at a committed yet easy pace, the environment is full scent and anticipation. Just wonderful.

I have always wanted to visit Colorado and after reading about the wine country it gives me another reason to go! The Grand Junction area looks wonderful and with so many things to do including visiting the vineyards it seems like a perfect place to get away from it all.

Thanks for the article Jennifer; I will post my comments if I ever visit the region.

All 50 States have wine regions? That's another 50 reasons for us to overcome our distaste at US border control.

I don't think anyone's ever said anything bad to us about Colorado; it sounds like our sort of place with lots of outdoor activities and adventures to be had.

I have heard that every single one of the fifty states has a wine-growing/producing region. I'm still waiting for somebody to prove it to me.

Colorado has a lot of wonderful things--now wine, too!
