Picasso at Bellagio

For over 15 years, Picasso at Bellagio has been the crown jewel in the Las Vegas dining world. To give you an idea of just how dedicated this restaurant is to fine dining, about 85% of the original staff still work here.

Chef Julian Serrano has incorporated a French-Spanish style to his menu and the room is decked out with original paintings and sculptures from Pablo Picasso.

Restaurant Guy Savoy

The Restaurant Guy Savoy has often been described as “very close to perfection”, offering the best in New French cuisine at Caesars Palace. Everything about the restaurant is designed to feel like Paris, from its menu to its decor; the atmosphere here is exquisite and the personalized service cannot be topped anywhere in the city. With that said, the cuisine here is a bit more pricey than many of the establishments on the Strip, but truly fine dining does come at a price.

Michael’s

Michael’s, inside the South Point Hotel and Casino, is famous for its upscale Victorian-style setting and for providing one of the most magnificent dining experiences in Vegas. The black-tie service gives the restaurant an air of old-school style and makes a lot of its patrons feel like they are having a casual meal with a long-lost friend. Many of the dishes here are prepared at the table side and the level of perfection is well worth the extra drive to get to the South Point.

Joël Robuchon

Consistently ranked number one for food in Las Vegas, Joël Robuchon at the MGM Grand is a one-of-a-kind experience from the moment you sit down. Chef Joël Robuchon serves the best in New French cuisine that has been described as simply “heavenly”; and the purple-accented decor and high-end furnishings make you feel like you are dining with top executives or world leaders. Granted, you will pay top dollar for this level of elegance but if you’re looking for the best of the best, it’s well worth it.
